Okay, trying this again. I posted something about PDAs and it never posted! lolHow many of you use PDAs and which ones to you use? I need to get a new one since mine went kapoot, but there are so many out there now, i'm not sure which one to get. I want to have wifi and bluetooth as well as the ability to upload many photos since I am a photographer, but don't want a phone pda. Also, how does everyone else utilize their PDAs? Since we sell more than just a house, we sell the location too - how do you promote your area? I came up with a few ideas that I use to promote location and myself at open houses and online to attract buyers. Lets say your on desk, answering incoming calls from potential buyers and someone wants to see a vacant property. You've never worked with the person before and although they sound nice enough, the hair stands up on the back of your neck with a warning! Whats a girl to do? You could ask them to come in to the office, but okay, they come to the office then what - you'll still be alone with them and people can give out bogus info.
