This really nice Temecula pool home is a short sale but no need to have short sale fear, as this one only has the 2nd trust deed that is short.
The right Temecula short sale can actually be a great investment.
This Temecula Pool home has been well taken care of by it's owners.
One downstairs bedroom, which is one of the most desired features of a Temecula two story pool home!
Many other upgrades! Approximately 2300 sq. ft. and priced at $275,000.

And even though it was built in 2000, property taxes are showing it only has the Riverside County base tax amount of 1.1%.
No assessments are showing on record.
Total property taxes for the year will be approximately $2,800.00, which is really low for this area.
Other amenities in the Murrieta pool home are granite countertops, hard surface flooing in the traffic areas.
