Home Buyers need accurate information regarding Property Taxes In Temecula. I get many questions about Property Taxes in Riverside County. It can be confusing as areas can differ by thousands of dollars in the amount of annual property tax owed. For instance, Starlight Ridge, is a low tax area due to the fact it is an older area and taxes there are approximately 1%, however in Paloma Del Sol, property taxes are in the 1.6-1.8% range.
I always include a Property Tax sheet with the listings that my buyers are interested in.

The names of the streets are unique and have to do with the Solar System!
