One of the many documents that are to be reviewed by home buyers are the homeowners association documents. Before escrow can close buyers must sign an approval form that states they agree to the homeowners association rules regulations and regulations that are referred to as CC&R's, (conditions, covenants and restrictions). On average the price that Temecula homes sold for, were only slightly lower than the list price of Temecula homes.
