Temecula Home Prices are holding steady there is not any indication that prices are dropping.
77 homes went under contract so far this month from September 1, through the 15th.
Homes priced $250,000 and below still have multiple offers. Homes priced above $300,000 have fewer qualified buyers and fewer multiple offers, but they are still selling. Here's what has happened so far in the FIRST TWO WEEKS OF SEPTEMBER, 2010

I get this question almost every day. Consumers call me and ask why the homes on the "Search For Homes", links on the free sites are so much less expensive than the real world listings! - Some of them are only free for a trial period and they want you to eventually sign up and pay a monthly fee!

temecula homes: Get Rid Of The PopCorn Ceilings ~ If You Are A Serious Seller

We don't have a lot of older homes with the popcorn ceilings here in Temecula. Temecula is a Newer City that has only been incorporated since December 1, 1989.
So, when my client asked me the question about how much cost was involved to remove the acoustical ceiling of the 2000 sq. ft. ceiling, I was showing him in Starlight Ridge, I didn't know.
But here's what I found out: In order to remove and re-texture an acoustical ceiling from a professional company who does really quality work it would be approximately $2,000 for a $2,000 square foot home.

Another Beautiful Temecula Crowne Hill morning. Yesterday, it was pouring down rain and I was a little relieved when I had one of my VIP clients cancel on me due to the rain. I don't like to go out in the rain...I like to stay home and get things done in my cozy house. I could not belieive my eyes this morning when I saw a Coyote cross Butterfield Stage Road!
It was 8:00 a.m. and there were cars people everywhere and out of the clear blue sky a coyote crossed the road just like he owned the territory.
I know that it is the nature of the Coyote to eat small animals, so I am warning all cat owners and also the owners of small dogs to keep them in. The Coyote population may be growing a bit.

Temecula Crown Hill - I love Temecula, so many beautiful areas, the wineries, the Country Like settings just a few miles from the freeway. I've lived in Murrieta, Temecula Wine Country and now Crown Hill again.
One of the delights of living so close to the Wine Country is that we have a hot air balloon sighting almost every day. But....its not everyday that we have one land in front of our house!!!

Temecula has so many wonderful and picturesque spots along Rancho California Road . The wineries are lovely, the grapevines are plentiful and if you are wanting to know the best ones then stay tuned as I have plenty to tell and write about.
Wilson Creek winery is well known for it's "Almond Champaigne", but if that wasn't enough, it also has many other attributes.
