Organic farming could be coming to Clarksburg, MD! Yesterday, my travels took me to a remote part of Clarksburg, MD - on Clarksburg Road. I was meeting Michael Protas, owner of One Acre Farm. Currently, One Acre Farm is located in Poolesville, MD. Michael is looking to expand and this listing sounded really exciting. It's 40 acres and priced so well. Why? Well, it's non-subdividable and about half of those acres are on a forest conservation area. My sedan was not at all suited for the terrain.
