A really cool aspect of my business has just begun.  Being selected to be a part of a group of like-minded people in 2018 that are into sustainability is an amazing opportunity. Not only for the opportunity and what the group represents, but the different facets of the project as well. 
 
The "group" is aptly named "Sustainable Advisors."  It's fitting since we are comprised of a builder, HERS rater, solar contractor, developers, and me as a realtor consultant.

Largest Solar Array of any U.S. University - 
It's truly amazing that Arizona State University has the foresight and ambition to have the Largest Solar Array of Any US University.  They have set ambitious goals for their energy bills, water usage, and carbon footprint and are on track to complete those goals. Imagine the example they are setting for this HUGE population of students!  
As of this summer, ASU will be producing 25 Megawatts of energy, which is enough to power 6,000 homes!  They have reduced their waste and cut greenhouse gases significantly.  The University is focusing on being zero waste … (2 comments)
