Recently, a caller left a voicemail about "exposure" and having read one of my blogs.  That's two points on my scale of returning a call.  The caller didn't ring through because my phone is set up to not answer if the caller is not in my database.  Second, the "exposure" phrase has many meanings to a realtor, but to me it has another meaning.  For this reason, I called the person back.

Writing Double Duty - 
Yesterday I received a request for information in a specific zip code.  The request came because of a blog I wrote with statistics from the Cromford Report.  The Cromford Report has been amazingly helpful for information gathering for housing data by zip code and city.  The best part about the report is that I can send PENDING price per square foot.  This is exactly the reason I subscribe to these reports and it's the only report of it's kind in Maricopa county.  After all, that's the missing part of the equation - where the market is headed! … (11 comments)
