You're down to the final few days before the close of escrow for your home.  Your REALTOR® has just informed you of the need to do a "walk through."  What is a Walk Through?  After all, I've been in the home a few times, signed all the paperwork, and working on my move.  Why would I want to do a "walk through?"  
According to our contract  in Arizona, the buyer shall have the opportunity to perform a walk through prior to close of escrow.  The ideal time is at least three days prior to close of escrow.

Looking to Buy a Home in Arizona?  Now you have an accepted purchase contract!  Hurray!  So what's next?  In Arizona, it's all spelled out in the contract but the following is a summary.  
Opening escrow needs to be done within the first three business days of contract acceptance.   The title company is selected during the contract negotiations, so that's where a check is either delivered or funds are wired.  The amount you elected to offer as earnest money is listed on page one of your contract.

What is going to happen with land in Maricopa County?  That's a good question and the answers vary.  Infill residential development, expanding boundaries, industrial and commercial development are all seeing changes.
So what is the Future of Land & Where are the Millenials Going?   To understand land in Maricopa county, you'd have to start back about 60 years ago.  
The Phoenix "metro area" housed about 100,000 people back then.  An article by AZ Big Media describes that era as a "series of boomtowns."  That type of development happened in many cities across America.
