Each time I meet a new client either as a referral or a sign call, I wonder how long I will know them.   Not how long they will be clients, but how long we'll both be around to enjoy each other's company.  You see, my clients aren't just clients, they're like family.

In this information packed world, it's very easy to find answers online.  Just ask Siri, Google a search, or visit Ask.com to name a few places anyone can go for answers.  So when a home buyer or seller needs answers, be THAT agent that provides a detailed description of the process before the have to look for answers.

Earlier this year, the frenzied housing market allowed many home sellers to take short cuts when selling their homes.  They may have stopped painting, cleaning, or doing repairs.  And oftentimes homes in "as is" condition without inspections, repairs and appraisals.  But all of that has to change now that the housing market has shifted to a more normal, balanced market in the Phoenix Metro Area.

Arizona just passed 90,000 real estate licensees.  It's almost as if new Arizona residents are getting a real estate license at the same time they get their new drivers license!  
 
But seriously, the real estate schools are filled with new agents and so is the marketplace.  With the sheer number of contracts being produced, being busy is an understatement. 
 
Some of the biggest complaints from agents include non-responses to offers.  It's critical to respond to every offer with a rejection of some sort.
