Why do I need curb appeal when selling my home?  
When finding homes online, it's common to be wowed by photos of gleaming kitchens and shimmering pools.  After all those are the sparkly things that most people want in their homes, but what if you are driving by a home with a for sale sign in the yard and not looking at those gleaming photos? Wouldn't the first impression you see from the front of the home be the immediate reaction that might encourage you to look further?

Whenever you hear that phrase, you know it means show business.  After all, it's ready, set, go... right?  But maybe sometimes we aren't quite ready?  Sometimes the planning part of being ready isn't complete.  And sometimes we don't even know it.  
 
This past weekend, I met buyer clients at one of ten homes we planned to "see."  For the record, we're looking in Central Phoenix with a budget up to $450,000.   There are a lot of homes in that price range since Phoenix's median price is about $270,000.
