This past weekend while setting up showings for a buyer client, I was told to set up a showing for a specific home. Contacting the listing agent, I was given permission to show the home and my time slot approved. It is common place to give an hour window of time to show a home so that the home sellers can feel confident that the home will be shown and they’ve given enough time to allow the showing to take place.
