Buyers, Hire Your Own REALTOR® Today is the deadline for accepting offers on one of my short sale listings in Central Phoenix. I’ve received several offers and all are over full price. Yesterday, it happened again. A caller asked about the “condo” and I explained the details. He asked when he could see it.
