Smaller homes can be just as comfortable as larger homes.
The trick is to use the space available wisely.
Closets can become far more useful when outfitted properly.
I love the solution this condo owner found to give their second bedroom double duty.

What amazes me is that nothing on the desk has to be moved to create the bed.
