Yesterday, The Real Deal magazine reported that Jared Kushner, the son of American real estate magnate Charles Kushner and the son-in-law of American business magnate Donald Trump is in contract to purchase a Williamsburg warehouse-turned-luxury rental building at 184 Kent Avenue for $275 million.
Is there anyone out there who isn't going all in on Brooklyn???
