Every year October in the Hudson Valley is blessed with what we call "leaf peepers". Travel to the local farms, mountains, hiking paths, lakes, gardens, historical sites, parks, streams and outside art galleries are abundant. MY Blog is About Real Estate and The Hudson Valley Guilty as charged!! Thing is, I LOVE to blog! While many brokerages and agents pay big bucks to get some well deserved over paid leads, I just blog and get leads. No, it is not really quite that super simple. It takes time, and it does cost money, energy and there needs to be dedication and a tenacity to blog. It is a process, but it is mine. I own it. I control the process and the outcome.
