My Top Five Hudson Valley Favorites The Hudson Valley is known to have a plethora of restaurants. After all, we are home to the CIA - Culinary Institute of America, in Hyde Park NY. Many CIA grads have remained in the Hudson Valley and opened some rather amazing restaurants in our area. Hudson Street Cafe I had lunch today. Nothing new as I actually have lunch most days. Soup, salad, a sandwich of sorts is the norm. Today I was fortunate to be at my office in Cornwall NY and my broker invited me to lunch. Where to go was the question. Hudson Valley Restaurants: My Top Ten Favorites! Okay… so I’m a vegetarian here in the Hudson Valley. We are few, but we are not people that just eat lettuce and cucumbers all day. Rabbit food is for rabbits. Good food is what I love! My husband is not a vegetarian, so we look for restaurants that feature great choices and value. Not many restaurants here are strictly vegetarian, so we look for those that are just “vegetarian friendly”. It works for us, and these are my Top Ten Favorites!
