BLACK MOLD FOUND! YIKES! I was just settling in for the evening when I received a phone call from a buyers agent after doing a final walk - through on a listing I had we were supposed to close on today. We discussed the repairs that were completed. He forgot to take his inspection report and couldn't remember what was greed to be done.
