Here in Valdosta, GA we are still very much in a buyers market. We are seeing a decline in the amount of inventory but, not enough to throw us into a seller's market....yet. Each day when I look at the new listings on the market I am seeing a plethera of overpriced homes. I try very hard not to take an overpriced listing. The deciding factor for me is just how overpriced it is. My only heartache with not taking an overpriced listing is lately it seems the ones I have turned down end up selling with another Realtor. … (45 comments)

Only 25 percent of unrepresented sellers marketed their home on the Internet, but 90 percent of buyers are going online in their home search. Ask Realtors® to explain how they market homes and reach buyers in today’s economic climate, and talk to sellers who are trying to sell their homes without professional assistance to learn about their motivations and experiences. I have spoke with many sellers who have/had their home FSBO (for sale by owner) to find out why they will not use a Realtor®. This is my first attempt at publishing my listing video using Animoto. I love the way it turned out being my first time and all. This is a great program, add text and music to make an outstanding show for your clients and your listing. Once put together you can upload to youtube, facebook, myspace as well as share it with clients, friends and potential buyers with just a click of a button. I had quite the day yesterday with a couple of disappointments. Today started out tremendously better and ended with this laugh.
