I recently picked up a buyer client who was having a time with her previous agent who would not work around her clients work schedule. For her that meant after 5pm and weekend showings. What? Recently I have had the displeasure of witnessing one pest control company bash another's good name to a client of mine. A few weeks ago a client of mine place an offer on a piece of high end property, after a bit of negotiations we had an excepted offer and a binding contract. In comes the due diligence period. My clients are from out town and want to start asap getting home inspection and pest inspection done. Awesome! they are not dragging their feet as some clients do.
