As Realtors, our clients rightfully expect us to know the market, to know the best neighborhoods, the most desirable subdivisions, and the best locations. When a hot property in a sought after neighborhood hits the market, or when an unbelievable investment property becomes available, people WANT to know about it! It amazes me how shocked people are when I answer my phone and give prompt service, or if they call on a property and I can't make it to the phone that I call them back very quickly. This week I listed a home on Monday and got 10 offers by Wednesday. The property is selling for well over list price, and for a much higher amount than any recent comp in the neighborhood. Marketing Homes As a Zillow Premeir Agent: Does It Work? What has your experience with Zillow been like? Have You thought of being a Zillow Premier Agent? Over the years I've tried a lot of different marketing techniques, with varied results. I've done door hangers, paid for flyer drops, tested direct mail, done email drip campaigns, bought middle sections in the Real Estate Book, paid for radio advertising, and have a weekly real estate show.
