Chateau Elan Netowrking Elites BNI group has become the premiere group in the Chateau Elan area located in Braselton, GA. BNI, like the chamber of commerce has a 60 second commercial or elevator pitch or spotlight presentation.
Most new networkers have never done one and, although I am completely biased, I think we have some of the best.

Ask anyone who lives in the area what's Braselton, known for, it's always, ROAD ATLANTA. If you ask any racing enthusiast, what is Braselton, GA known for, it's ... ROAD ATLANTA.
Sure, Chateau Elan is here, but outside the lavish setting, the wine really "ain't" all that great.... or so I'm told.
So it make sense that Hyundai would choose this location to shoot the new commercial for the Genesis.

Although we started this networking group back in May of '08, we didn't begin in earnest until Jan of '09. Year to date I have had over 3 Million in referrals passed to me, with $1.5 Million currently listed. Now one might look at that and suggest it has something to do with the Chateau Elan location. Actually, no, most of the referrals have been first time home buyers or first time sellers.
The best referral so far has been from Jeff Powell of Professional Pool Service to list this beautiful home in Lawrenceville at 333 Brook Lea Cove, Lawrenceville GA.

Chateau Elan Winery & Resort has luxury homes for sale as low as $409K all the way up to Luxury Estates for $4.2 Million. The higher end market; and higher end in Georgia is anything over $500K, is one that was hit the least during the mortgage meltdown. Chateau Elan currently has 116 unique luxury homes for sale with an average price of just over 1 million.

It happens at every closing, the wonder of what to get a client. Sure in some cases, the gift is obvious because I've gotten to know the clients on that level.
