Just finished up a review on what happened in 2013 in Real Estate in the Mill Creek Area. With more neighborhoods in Buford overall, something was clear. Buford is selling out of homes! The prices are going up even the higher priced homes in Hedgerows and Hidden Falls! There is really only 2 things that can ruin a banner year for these two neighborhoods. After analyzing several neighborhoods (Daniel Park, Hamilton Mill, Chateau Elan, Trilogy Park, Hidden Falls and Gwinnett County as a whole) it became increasingly evident that new construction is going to be a force to be reckoned with in the coming months. If you're thinking of buying a home for sale in Buford, you more then likely will consider Hidden Falls real estate listings. It's one of the premiere communities in Buford. Like most of the newer communities in Buford, Hidden Falls has an HOA or Home Owners Association. It has dues that are ANNUAL (not monthly for our Florida friends).
