NEW FEMA MAP STATS SHOW DAMAGE TO LONG ISLAND AFTER SANDY
This map put out by the Federal Emergency Management Agency shows the amounts of water experienced by various communities in Nassau and Suffolk Counties. Dark blue areas indicate extent of flood and figures show maximum water height. Nassau County was hit harder than Suffolk County in this storm.
