When discussing the Bozeman area with people who are visiting for the first time or are bringing children/grandchildren to the area, the conversation invariably turns to where should we go, and what should we do.  Entire books have been written on area activities in and around Bozeman, winter or summer, rugged or refined, entry level to extreme, there really is something for everyone and everyone in the family.

A Livingston, MT gift shop that was known for advertising on billboards across the US has changed ownership and will be offering baked goods in place of the souvenir trinkets that once retailed here.

The Chapter Joe Brooks Trout Unlimited, based in Livingston, is the oldest active local TU chapter in the state of Montana. Formed in 1968, they currently have 197 members and a 10 member Board of Directors dedicated to conserve, protect and restore the Yellowstone River and its tributaries. JBTU has received both state and national attention for their work on behalf of the Yellowstone River and one of the most successful annual events they host is the one day clean-up of the river.
