Hello this is Jason Lepore from Remax All Pros, I would like the chance to explain to you what WE do, to market homes. I understand you are trying the 4SBO to save yourself the Commission money and I do not blame you for wanting to do that, I would too. The thing is, right now we are in one of the hardest markets for Sellers' that I can remember. I have been in the business for 10 years now and I do PA and NJ.
