Caernarvon tends to follow the Edmonton average very closely over the last few years other than the first quarter of 2010. Caernarvon also does not stay above the Edmonton average sold price per square foot longer than one quarter, it rises above one quarter and then dips below. The Wild Rose Edmonton real estate average sale price per square foot has plunged to begin 2012.  This is concerning until you actually look closer at the sales.  There was one home in particular that skewed the average lower in Wild Rose in 2012.  This home sold for $492,000 which at first looks good, but it was 3100 square feet!  When you look at the sale price per square foot for this home it was only $159.  I expect to see Wild Rose recover easily, the area is popular with young families and the newer homes with … (0 comments)
