Prices of waterfront property are going down, as sales are going up. The Alabama Gulf Coast is a buyers paradise right now. Beach goers are buying second homes directly on the white sand beaches at half the price that the owners paid several years ago. Investors and owners are able to increase their rental inventory at a considerable value. Families interested in a lifestyle of living on the water, whether it’s water-skiing and tubing on the backwaters or fishing in the lagoon, are getting gulf property at a fraction of what it sold (1 comments)
