Good News from the Wisconsin REALTOR Association! Home Sales and Prices are Improving!!! The number of homes sold and the average home price increased throughout Washington and Ozaukee County in 2013. Although interest rates rose slightly, housing sales continued to show improvement over 2012 numbers. A large reason for this increase is the reduction in foreclosures throughout the area and in the state of Wisconsin as a whole.
