Looking In The Mirror 10 Ways To Sabotage Your Real Estate Business: Make it difficult for your clients to reach you. Don't clean your car inside/outside (especially in winter). Send meaningless and irrelevant emails and notes. Don't remove the dirt from your shoes or take them off when you enter a home. Don't keep the keys organized and properly secured (selling or buying). Try to hide your mistakes instead of fixing them (#3). Don't bother fixing your hair (0 comments)

Give the Home the Value It Deserves! I like this post because it takes another look at how to sell a house that has been on the market for a long time. Traditional logic has put us in a box with says we must stick to projects that "add" value to a home and avoid those that don't "add" value. Another Perspective Instead of looking at these type of projects from the perspective of adding value we should see them as preserving or obtaining the value that is intrinsic to the house as a whole.
