ceramic tile: Caulking Is Not A Ceramic Tile Repair - 09/09/15 08:12 PM
If you ever see it, be sure that caulking is not a ceramic tile repair.
It is simply the wrong product!
There is a reason grout is used to seal the gaps between ceramic tiles.  It is not a 100% seal, but it is pretty good.
If it never cracks, and if water doesn't get behind it, grout will shed water for a long, long time.
Getting behind the grout, and tile, water can cause looseness as the mastic releases its grip.

Often the top of the dishwasher is not … (72 comments)
