Just got a last minute invite to this great event...although this is not my Association I find it awesome they would ask me to sponsor..and why not....networking with agents to gain referrals etc...will pay dividends for many years.....too many agents never see the benefits of learning from their peers..in addition I am going to share my SendOutCard system and sponsor....I just did a quick search and see that over 212 agents left the area board and only 75 joined...Supply and Demand..the agents that survive these challenging times will thrive when the market balances....enjoy the great weather Greater Boston - Northeast (0 comments)

Part of our job is to reflect on what we are doing correctly and what we are not doing correctly...I spoke with a great owner yesterday and we agreed that the business has not changed all that much over 20 years; however, what has changed is the way we communicate with ourselves agents etc., and the way we communicate with the public, buyers and sellers.
