Now that the 2014 year is coming to a close, many folks will start sending out Holiday cards and other marketing materials. Question why now? And why do you not have a system to consistently send out cards of thanks, appreciation, birthday, anniversary, congrats etc....

Like with most of my posts, I’d like you to take a step back and think as a consumer for a bit....
…Imagine you’re browsing Facebook on your own personal time, you’re not looking for a property, but you see that your local real estate agent is constantly posting his/her listings. In fact, their entire Facebook Fan Page (or even worse, their personal page) is comprised of only their listings!!! How likely would it be for you to stay as a “fan” of that agent? Would that help them establish a personal connection with you?

We all love to share on this platform....and recently I sponsored the "NEAR" - The Northeast Association of Realtors in Westford MA with my SendOutCard business...Amazing how many folks have been introduced to the product/system but have not really dug deep into finding out how one can use the system effectively in the real estate day to day business. Realtors and members came up to me saying, "You certainly have explained it much better than how it was explained to me Jay." I was puzzled but can understand that unless you prove and show great examples it can be another … (1 comments)
