Hi Everyone, This is such an exciting time to be in real estate. I am working with quite a few buyers here in Las Vegas and we are getting deals accepted by the banks. It definitely takes a little extra effort but it has been worth it. This time in the market right now is what I have been calling the Perfect Storm.
