green gables: New Home Construction Near Littleton

According to The Denver Post, the metro-Denver housing availability is at an all-time low. The area has not seen such low inventory for the past 25+ years. What this means is, in order to sustain the amount of people moving to the metro area, we are going to have to find more homes and see more home sales and new home construction. There are currently several areas that are breaking ground with new construction. Close to the Littleton housing area is Sterling Ranch which is in Douglas County near Santa Fe and Titan Rd.
