"It was the best of times, it was the worst of times..." It was in the middle of the last recession... The first call was interesting. Strong British accent, very knowledgable, name-dropper, affable. He wanted a 60,000 SF house near the Atlantic coast north of Daytona. He knew building methods and construction, he had worked with many recognizable celebrities, he was anxious to get a fabulous home started.
