Manhattan's Top Real Estate Broker Website Did It Again! I have been blogging about how my real estate website garners about a 1000+ people a month since I started tracking it from May to June of this year; and has only been live since this Feb. 2011. Today I tracked my entire month and I got 1580 visitors to my site, where 85% of them were new visitors and, 72% of the visits were from the search engines, which is HUGE!

Why Having a Top Real Estate Website Really Works! Just this past month, I have acquired two new listings because of my website. I always make sure to ask "Where did you find me?" The replies I got were, that they found me through other sites but when they came to my site, that is what sealed the deal. Clients liked that fact that I had an appraisal education, I had video and testimonials, plus are able to search the "MLS".
