manhattan real estate broker: Why Having a Top Real Estate Website Really Works! - 07/30/11 01:01 PM
Why Having a Top Real Estate Website Really Works!
Just this past month, I have acquired two new listings because of my website.
I always make sure to ask "Where did you find me?"  The replies I got were, that they found me through other sites but when they came to my site, that is what sealed the deal.
Clients liked that fact that I had an appraisal education, I had video and testimonials, plus are able to search the "MLS".  I have to remind you that we are not an MLS community like the rest of the country, but--- the listings I … (7 comments)

In the fast paced digital age we live in, it is so important to keep up with the times.  I was alerted to this need when I installed Google Analytics for my website and noticed that every month, I had a growing number of customers who were accessing my Manhattan real estate broker website via Android, I-pad, I-pod, I-phone, Blackberry, etc.

A prefect example was this past weekend.  I had some clients that were looking to purchase a Manhattan apartment for their child.  It was a whole family affair, except for the sibling that was going to actually live in the unit.  All family members, including the Manhattan real estate broker --me, were enamored by this rescued husky mix, who was fortunate enough to have found … (5 comments)

manhattan real estate broker: Choosing Your Manhattan Real Estate Broker Based On Their Commission - 06/17/11 09:39 AM

Choosing Your Manhattan Real Estate Broker Based On Their Commission
One of the first things that a potential seller asks is, how much do you charge?  It undoubtedly should be a question that should be asked.  Commissions and fees are not set by law and each seller has the right to negotiate fees and commissions with the Manhattan realtor or broker.
Keep in mind, an agent that settles for less fees and/or a lower commissions, do not guarantee that you will net more money on the sale of your home.   Because they are willing to work for less money may mean that … (0 comments)
