Coldwell Banker just released the COLDWELL BANKER REAL ESTATE HOME LISTING REPORT OF MOST EXPENSIVE AND AFFORDABLE U.S. HOUSING MARKETS and, once again, Kansas City, Missouri shines bright when it comes to Real Estate--ranked as the 7th least expensive housing market nationwide and THE most affordable market within the state of Missouri (Our sister city on the east side of the state takes the most expensive honors for Missouri)!
