The Kansas City Regional Association of Realtors recently released the June 2013 Kansas City Metro residential real estate market numbers. Here are a few highlights:
 
1. Average existing home sale price was $184,739, 7% higher than June 2012.
 
2. All metro counties experienced an increase in average sale price EXCEPT Johnson County, Kansas and Cass County, Missouri.
 
3. The number of existing homes sold was 2,719, a 10% increase over 1 year earlier.
