I always thought November/December was the time generally broker owners did the most recruiting. Maybe late this year, but goodness, have received recruiting emails every day this week. Larger companies and one that looks to be newly created. Even when I emailed back to say, thanks but no thanks, one company said they still wanted to meet with me and discuss strategies. WHAT????
