Laura Erwin's Buyer closed this morning on this remodeled townhome and is SO excited. She wrote almost a dozen offers earlier this year, but the market was too crazy and was unsuccessful. Now that the market has cooled a bit, she was able to secure her home. There still were multiple offers, but not $50k over list price!
She is looking forward to the end of the 60-day lease back she did for the Seller, and can make this cute townhome HERS! Congratulations!
She will do her inspection tomorrow, but Laura and the buyer feel very confident the home is in good condition. … (16 comments)
