Foreclosures for Sale in Denver - Week of 6/20/11
Denver Bank owned properties/Foreclosures can be a way to see instant equity, especially if you are handy! Some properties need very little repairs to be livable, and some need quite a bit.    Bank owned properties/foreclosures are not like short sales, you will get an answer from the bank on an offer within 3-5 days. I have had answers within a couple hours!  If you were looking for a deal in Denver, this could be your answer.
Do you see opportunity knocking?

denver homes for sale: No Facebook - No Friends??? - 09/23/10 09:34 AM

There are individuals all over the U.S. trying to sign into Facebook, and NOT ABLE TO.    For some reason, maybe hackers, the service is unavailable.
I know first thing this morning, a Realtor friend sent a private message - which of course, was a hacker into his Faceook account.

Is that what is happening across the U.S.     Yesterday they released in Forbes that the inventor of Facebook, Mark Zuckerberg, was worth 6.9 billion.     Was someone mad?

I bet there are offices across the Country trying to figure out how to sign on.     Are they having … (14 comments)

denver homes for sale: GPS - Our Savior - But are we lazy Now? - 09/20/10 05:58 AM

Having been on Active Rain for two years now I’ve both read and written blog posts about the importance of a home inspection, and I’m surprised that some disagree on the need to inspect new construction. A recent blog post by Zeta Cross, a real estate agent in Philadelphia, asks the question, “Should you get a home inspection with new construction?”

denver homes for sale: Buying/Selling in Today's Market .... your options! - 09/09/10 02:57 AM
In Denver's real estate market, the homes priced under $200,000 are still selling, and when they are good deals and show well, they sell quickly.     Having a home that would be priced above $500,000, as we enter into the fall season, could be more challenging.
With executives relocating, there are families opting for a year lease in an executive home versus purchasing.      Property management companies are receiving more and more requests for upper end homes for family rentals.    There are times they would like to get a feel for the City before committing to purchasing right away.
