I dropped off my neighbor after dinner last night, and a very strange dude was at the door of her neighbor, and started doing weird things.   He was loud, and then looked like he was taking photos of us in the car.    He parked across the street, so as he was going towards his car, he went to the back of my car, looked like he was taking a photo of my license plate.    
 
It did not feel safe for my neighbor to get out of the car, so I drove out of the driveway, and this dude got in … (39 comments)
