It is most interesting being a Buyer's Agent, and seeing how many Listing Agents DO NOT put all the details into the MLS. If you list a luxury home, BE SURE to list the luxury details. Showed a home last week that had a huge walk-in pantry that you could not see from the photos. There was no photo of the loft, no mention of the SIX burner gas cook-top and again, could not see this feature in the photos. This home had been on the market for almost 3 months, and wonder if it would have sold quicker … (16 comments)
