We had a glimpse of Winter in October, rather than Fall, and had two Sellers decide next year will be a better time to sell for them. When you expire a listing, you need to warn the homeowners of the barrage of calls they will receive.
One Homeowner called me to relay the silly comments one caller made. "Do you know your home expired, and no longer active?" DUH.....
