I started delivering pies a few years ago to clients who closed in the past year, along with some of my clients that have given me so much business. This year was no exception, and Wednesday I left early to pick up the pies from Village Inn and started delivering. I left enough time to "catch up" and drive time between clients. I also had many Sellers move out of state this year, so sent gift cards to them.

It is this time of year we reflect back on those moments and years of business with clients that have boosted our business. Maybe they did a couple transactions, some have produced many transactions. Either way, these clients are those who make you smile, and make your day!
Not too long after I began in this business, I had a phone call on one of my listings. (Remember sign calls?) After a short conversation, I learned they needed to sell their current property in order to buy their next property.
