This Perry Park home is stunning, and with Larkspur being 30 minutes south of the Denver Tech Center, and the home is priced around $800K, it took a while to get the right buyers. The right buyers came to view a couple weeks ago, and came back twice in one day, and wrote that evening. The inspection has been resolved, and the first time in a long time, the appraisal has been waived.
