Greenfield is located in Centennial, with a bit of this neighborhood in the City of Aurora. It is located off Arapahoe Road & Picadilly in the South part of the Metro Denver area. It is located in Cherry Creek School District, which is just one reason this neighborhood is popular!
I like to stay on top of the statistics for the community, and fun to see the numbers every month. For the month of January, there was only one sale, down from three sales in December. For this size of neighborhood, we don't see many homes go up for sale (12 comments)

The Buyers now can call this home THEIRS! Many bumps along the way, and even at the walk thru 2 hours prior to closing, it looked like the Sellers would not be out. The Buyers are looking forward to putting their stamp of style on this home and making many new memories. Congratulations!
