The Town of Larkspur is located 40 miles south of Denver and West of I-25. The town was incorporated in 1979 and today is known for the Renaissance Festival held every year in Larkspur and the Yogi Bear's Jellystone Campground. Most homes in Larkspur are on lots of one acre or more and surrounded by trees. You will see lots of wildlife - deer, mountain lions, bears (brown & black), fox, coyotes and lots of birds.
The population of Larkspur is quite low, keeping "traffic" to a minimum. Some in the neighborhood of Sage Port have half acres, and in Douglas Park, (10 comments)

Castle Rock includes Castle Pines, and many rural farm areas outside the City limits.

Congratulations to my Buyers on their rural home purchase in Elizabeth. There were multiple offers, but it came down to two offers that were very similar, and these Buyers "won the bid". The Buyers took my advice on how to "stand out" from a pile of offers, and it worked!
This property is approximately 30 minutes East of Parker on 4 acres with a ranch home. There is a huge outbuilding with 1,750 square feet and room to park another 6 cars plus has an office. There is heat, air conditioning, electric and water. There is a greenhouse, (34 comments)
