This beautiful Century home closed Friday and all parties were very happy at the closing table. The Sellers bought another home in this neighborhood and were happy to meet their new neighbors. This was the buyers' first home, and were very happy with their decision.
This near new (two years old) was on the market for two weekends, and the right buyers fell in love. This neighborhood is the only one with new homes in several miles, and most homes have fabulous mountain views.
